Creed of Preservation

When allies that have 2+ Charge Potency trigger Tremor Burst, apply the following effects:

- Deal (Charge Potency on self x Charge Count) Envy Damage (2 times per skill, max 100 damage per tick)

- Every 2 times the above effect deals Envy Damage, inflict 3 Bind next turn on target

Every time an ally triggers Tremor Burst using a Skill, gain (Charge Potency on self / 3) Offense Level Up next turn (max 5 per turn; rounded down)

Combat Start: On Hit from an Identity that has the highest Shield, deal (current Shield / 2) Sloth Damage (2 times per Skill, max 100 damage per tick; rounded down)

- If 2+ Identities have the same Shield HP, applies to the Identity with the earlier Deployment Order

If the affected Identity is a Charge Identity, deal Sloth Damage equal to current Shield instead (3 times per skill, max 100 per tick; rounded down)
